Step by step
Read Line health
Settings, Number shows Line health once the line has traffic: Healthy, Monitor or At risk, with a score out of 100. No traffic yet means it has not been scored.

Settings, Number. Line health sits under the number, with a one-line note on what to do. On Monitor, tighten first messages
Monitor means some risk signals in the past week. Running campaigns stop on their own at this level and do not restart. Keep replies personal and avoid links in first messages, and reread your campaign openers with that in mind.
On At risk, hold every promotion
At risk means carriers are likely to filter the line. Campaigns are already stopped at this level. Hold any promotion you send another way too, and email support.
If a campaign stopped on its own
A campaign card that says Sending stopped to protect your line will not restart automatically. Review the line in Settings before contacting support.
If campaigns cannot start
Your line is temporarily paused for protection means the line is under a protection hold. Campaigns wait and resume by themselves once it lifts. Some holds also pause replies to leads, so if this lasts, email support.
Fix the list before you restart
Opt-outs and complaints usually trace back to a list. Remove anyone who did not clearly opt in before you resume. A new number with the same list gets the same result.
If the line is Suspended or Banned
Suspended: email support to reopen it. Banned: the carrier blocked the line; email support for a replacement. The Number tab shows the address to write to.
What keeps a line healthy
Carriers score how people react to your texts. Four habits keep the score low.
- Text people who asked to hear from you, and nobody else.
- One plain first message with no link. The campaign rules enforce this already.
- Stop at the first no. The setter never texts an opted-out lead again.
- Leave the daily limit where it is until replies look healthy.
Questions people ask
- Who do I email?
- The support address shown on your Number tab. On an agency's portal, that is the agency's own support address.
- Does a flag stop replies to my inbound leads?
- It depends on the hold. Some protections stop only campaigns and new conversations; others pause every outgoing text, replies included. A banned line sends nothing until it is replaced. Email support if replies stop.
