Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes. We take a card to start the 7 day trial so your number and agent stay live the moment it ends. Cancel any time in those 7 days and nothing is charged.
What happens when my trial ends?
The plan you picked at sign-up starts billing when the 7 days end, and your number, agent, and conversation history stay live. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you want. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, on monthly or yearly billing.
How does sub-account billing work on the Agency plan?
Each sub-account is billed at $129 per month, in addition to your base Agency plan. Sub-accounts can be added or removed as your client roster changes.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fee is required to get started. Enterprise plans that include done-for-you onboarding are quoted and agreed to upfront before any work begins.
