Agencies
One more line item your clients pay for, under your name.
Agencies already own the lead gen. SetMore AI turns appointment setting into a service you sell alongside it, white-labeled, sub-account by sub-account, without hiring a setter for every client and without adding operational overhead as your roster grows.
The problem
What's actually costing you appointments.
Clients hire an agency to generate leads, then complain when nobody follows up on them fast enough to close.
Hiring a human setter for every client account does not scale, and the quality varies by whoever you can find and afford that month.
Reselling a generic AI tool exposes the vendor's brand to your client, undermining the white-label relationship you spent years building.
Outbound campaigns need consent tracking and STOP handling done correctly, and getting it wrong risks the client's number and your agency's reputation with it.
Every client wants their own number, their own branding, and their own reporting, which most tools were never built to separate cleanly.
Proving retainer value gets harder every renewal cycle. A screenshot of ad spend and impressions does not answer the only question a client actually cares about, how many calls got booked and how many of those turned into revenue.
How it works
From first message to booked call.
- 1
Spin up a sub-account per client
Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own dedicated iMessage number, its own AI agent, and its own data. Nothing crosses between accounts, and nothing carries your infrastructure's name.
- 2
Brand the whole portal
Your logo, your colors, your domain. Clients log in and see your agency, not a piece of software you resell. The AI itself introduces conversations under the client's business name.
- 3
Run inbound and outbound
Inbound mode replies to leads who message the client first. Outbound mode starts conversations from a lead list the client provides, with consent and opt-out tracked at the database level, not left to a spreadsheet.
- 4
Report on booked revenue, not just replies
Every sub-account gets analytics on response time, qualification rate, and calls booked, so you can show a client exactly what their retainer bought instead of a vague activity summary.
- 5
Onboard a new client in one sitting
Provisioning a sub-account, connecting the client's calendar, and setting the agent's tone and qualification criteria takes one onboarding session, not a multi-week build. A new client can be live and taking booked calls the same week they sign, which shortens the time between closing a retainer and being able to show results against it.
Agencies
hi saw your ad for the kitchen remodel financing, how does that work
Hey! Thanks for reaching out to Ridgeline Renovations. Happy to walk you through financing, first, what's the rough scope, full kitchen or a partial update?
full kitchen, cabinets counters floors everything
Got it, that's usually a project in the $30 to $60k range depending on finishes. Do you have a rough budget in mind, or are you still exploring what's possible?
around 40k I think, is that realistic
That's a solid range for a full remodel. Our design lead can map out exactly what that gets you on a free consult. I've got Tuesday 4pm or Wednesday 11am, which works?
Objections
Common questions before you start.
Won't clients realize this is a third-party tool?
No. Everything client-facing carries your branding: the portal, the domain, and the way the AI introduces itself in conversation. The infrastructure behind it is never named anywhere a client or their leads can see.
Outbound texting feels risky from a compliance angle.
Consent and STOP handling are enforced at the database level, not left to a spreadsheet or a setter's memory. A lead who opts out is suppressed permanently across every campaign in that sub-account.
We already have setters. Why replace them?
Most agencies do not replace their setters, they extend them. The AI covers the instant first response and initial qualification around the clock, and hands warm, ready leads to a human for the parts that need judgment.
Managing this across dozens of clients sounds like overhead.
Each sub-account is self-contained, so adding the tenth client is the same amount of work as adding the first. Reporting rolls up to one agency view, so you are not logging into a separate tool per client to check on performance.
FAQ
Questions about this use case.
How many sub-accounts can one agency run?
As many as your plan supports. Each sub-account is billed and provisioned independently, so you scale by adding clients, not by re-architecting anything.
Can each client have a different AI personality?
Yes. Tone, qualification criteria, and what the agent can commit to are all set per sub-account, so a med spa client and a home services client do not sound the same.
Do clients need their own calendar and phone number?
Each sub-account gets its own dedicated iMessage number and connects its own calendar, so bookings land directly on the client's schedule, not yours.
What does the client see versus what the agency sees?
Clients see their own branded portal and their own data only. You retain agency-level visibility across every sub-account for reporting and support.
