Settings to use
Open Settings, Agent tab. Set Industry to Service and Personality to Warm: kind and personal, and it acknowledges what the lead said before it asks the next thing. First-time clients are often nervous, and that tone meets them where they are.
Service is the industry for med spas, home services and gyms. With it set, the setter already knows:
- Leads want to know what it costs, how soon they can come in, and whether you are near them.
- It asks one question, what they want done or how soon, then books.
- It quotes only the prices and area you give it. With no price, it names what the price depends on and says the consult is where it gets set.

Qualification questions
Paste these into Qualification questions, one per line. The setter asks one of these per conversation, the one it needs to book, then offers two times. A money question always comes last.
- Have you had this treatment before, or would this be your first time?
- Which treatment are you interested in?
- How soon are you hoping to come in?
- Is there an event or date you're planning around?
Objection playbook
Paste these into Objection playbook and replace anything in square brackets. Price ranges belong here if you want them said by text. On a real objection the setter first asks one short question to find the actual reason, once per conversation, then answers from your entry and offers two times.
- Price: [Treatment] runs [your range] depending on [what changes it]. The consult is where the injector sets your plan and your exact price.
- Nervous or first time: The consult comes first, and nothing happens until you're happy with the plan.
- Just want a price: The range is [your range]. The exact number depends on your plan, which is what the consult sets.
- Pain or downtime: The injector walks you through both at the consult, before any treatment.
- Deposit: [Your deposit policy, or: No deposit to book a consult].
A sample thread
What a booked thread looks like with these settings, assuming your price entry says lip filler runs $550 to $750. Each setter line goes out as its own text.
- Lead: hi it's Jess, how much is lip filler?
- Setter: Hi Jess, lip filler here runs $550 to $750, depending on how many syringes
- Setter: Had it done before, or would this be your first time?
- Lead: first time, kind of nervous
- Setter: The consult comes first, and nothing happens until you're happy with the plan
- Setter: Thu 3pm or Sat 10:30am?
- Lead: sat please
- Setter: Sat 10:30am, locked in
- Setter: What's a good email to shoot the invite to?
- Lead: jess@example.com
- Setter: I'll send the invite there. See you Sat
What to leave out
Three things to keep out of your questions and playbook.
- Health and medication questions. Leave them for the consult. The setter never asks for medical records.
- Prices you have not confirmed this month. The setter quotes whatever your playbook says.
- Results promises. The setter never calls one client's result typical and never says a treatment is guaranteed.
Questions people ask
- Will the setter quote my prices?
- Only the ones you give it. Put ranges in the playbook if you want them said by text. With none, it names what the price depends on and says the consult is where it gets set.
- Which Industry should a med spa pick?
- Service. It is written for local service businesses such as med spas, home services companies and gyms: what it costs, how soon, and whether you are nearby.
