SetMore AI vs Structurely: flat monthly or metered usage

Both answer leads and book appointments. Structurely prices a platform fee plus metered usage across voice, SMS, and email. SetMore AI prices a flat monthly plan. The gap between them widens exactly as your volume grows.

Why people look for a Structurely alternative

Structurely has been in conversational AI for lead follow-up longer than most of the category, with deep roots in real estate, and it now positions itself as an AI call center covering voice, SMS, and email. That breadth of channel is a genuine strength, particularly voice, which SetMore AI does not do at all.

The comparison tends to start when someone models the bill. Structurely publishes a platform fee plus usage metered in tokens, with rates starting at $0.07 per voice minute, $0.02 per message, and $0.02 per AI email. Those are reasonable unit rates. They are also unit rates, which means the cost of the tool rises in exact proportion to how much you use it.

The comparison, side by side

Everything below is taken from what each product publishes about itself. Where a row says a capability is not advertised, that means exactly that: it is not claimed on the vendor's own pages, not that it has been tested and found missing.

Metered pricing and the growth problem

Usage-based pricing is honest in an important way: you pay for what you consume, and a quiet month is genuinely cheap. Structurely makes a fair argument on its own pricing page that this beats paying for idle seat licenses, and for a team with lumpy volume that argument holds.

The difficulty appears when the tool works. An AI setter that follows up properly sends more messages, not fewer, and a lead who engages in a long back-and-forth is a lead who is converting. Under a metered model, the conversations you most want are the ones that cost the most. It is a small tax on exactly the behavior you bought the product to produce.

Flat pricing removes that consideration entirely. Under SetMore AI's plans a two-message lead and a forty-message lead cost the same, so nobody has a reason to tune follow-up down to protect a budget. Which model is cheaper in dollars depends on your volume, and at low volume metered pricing may well win. What flat pricing buys is a number you can predict and a follow-up policy you never have to ration.

  • Estimate messages per lead, then multiply by leads in your best month
  • Add voice minutes separately if you intend to use calling
  • Compare that total to a flat plan, not to the platform fee alone

Channels run the other way

On channels the advantage is Structurely's, and it should be said plainly. It covers voice, SMS, and email. SetMore AI does not make calls and does not send email follow-up. If you want one system placing outbound calls and sending nurture email alongside texting, this comparison favors Structurely and no amount of pricing argument changes that.

What runs the other way is iMessage. SetMore AI answers natively over iMessage on a dedicated number, so a lead on an iPhone sees a blue-bubble thread rather than an SMS from an unfamiliar short code. Structurely's pages advertise voice, SMS, and email; iMessage is not among them.

That is a narrower advantage than three channels, and whether it matters depends on your market. In consumer-facing businesses where most leads are on iPhones, the difference in how the thread reads is not cosmetic.

Where Structurely is the better answer

If your follow-up genuinely needs outbound voice, Structurely does something SetMore AI does not do at all. The same goes for email nurture as part of the same system rather than a separate tool.

It is also the better answer for a team with genuinely sporadic volume, where a flat monthly plan would mean paying a full price in months when very little happened. Metered pricing is designed for that shape of business and serves it well.

Questions

Is SetMore AI cheaper than Structurely?

It depends on volume. Flat monthly pricing wins as conversations grow; metered pricing can win at low or sporadic volume. Model your busiest month under both.

Does SetMore AI make phone calls?

No. It answers over iMessage and SMS and texts back on a missed call. Structurely offers voice and positions itself as an AI call center.

Does Structurely support iMessage?

It is not advertised on Structurely's pages, which cover voice, SMS, and email. SetMore AI treats native iMessage as a primary channel.

Do extra conversations cost more on SetMore AI?

No. Plans are flat monthly, so follow-up volume does not change the bill.
